The Opera House is at the heart of Guangzhou’s cultural development. Like pebbles in a stream smoothed by erosion, the Guangzhou Opera House sits in perfect harmony with its riverside location. The Guangzhou Opera House was designed by Zaha Hadid in 2003, the 70,000 square meter space seats 1,800 people.
